I love Josef Frank‘s work. His textiles are amazing, so colorful and idiosyncratic. OhJoy! did a fantastic post on his lamps. Above are some of my favorite Josef Frank items available here. How fun is that Manhattan bag?!

I love these simple outlined faces on mauve t-shirts by Bless. You can get them online at Hint Magazine shop or from People’s Revolution in NYC. I think they’d be a good gift too for a friend who likes cool t-shirts.

Teacups: Artful structures

Meret Oppenheim a Swiss-German surrealist/dada artist (though she cared about aesthetics) created a well known sculpture called Object (Le Dejeuner en fourrure) in 1936.
