I thought feathers would make a great pattern. I wish this would get turned into chair upholstery or even a dress. I may be doing a surface pattern trade show in January that would target the apparel and home decor markets. So I’ll have to make a whole new body of work before then. I’ll post as I create.

Check out this cool service Ponoko has called Photomake. You draw something with pencil and paper and upload it to Ponoko, and they will turn it into a “real life product.” I found it on Boing Boing.
