We are finally settled, and now that I'm finished unpacking and decorating, I get to start working on some long-neglected projects. Actually, I've been thinking of you quite often lately. When we went out to dinner, I remember you talking about loving NY because you didn't have beautiful scenery around to distract you-- that it was the perfect place for you to pour all your energy into your work. Well, I truly had no idea what you were talking about! =) NY was always wonderfully distracting for me. Here, however, with just the river out our front door, and a hiking trail within walking distance, I am finally finding that kind of clarity, and appreciating that feeling. To each her own "distractions," I suppose! ;) I wish we could fly in for the gallery night, too. Let me know if there's any way for me to call the gallery to pre-order, etc. If not, I totally understand. I'm sure they will sell out, and I am thrilled that they will be out in the world!
