Hunkering down during hurricane Sandy

New York is waiting for Sandy to hit us. We’re hunkering down in our cozy apartment riding out the storm. Henry and I have already built a castle, created 2 Halloween posters and watched a David Attenborough nature show. It kind of feels like a weekend day with all of us sitting together at the table for a yummy and relaxed brunch.

I know the storm has and will affect people terribly. I feel so lucky to be safe with my family. I hope Sandy passes quickly and that nobody else will be hurt.

4. Chloe High Heel booties (Ok, these are amazing for a more dressed up look and might not be as good for running around town…but still…they’re pretty dreamy no?)
